Tim Flynn founded Homes Plus Designers/Builders in 1987. Actually, he grew up in the construction business. His father, Tom Flynn, was already a highly respected builder when Tim was growing up in Anoka, Minnesota. Tim got involved in all aspects of his father's construction business, and soon became an essential contributor to that company. This thorough grounding gave him a unique exposure to every aspect of the building process, and eventually led to the creation and success of Homes Plus.
Tim's wife, Renee Flynn, is a very creative Interior Design Specialist. Her classic styles enrich every Homes Plus model home. Tim and Renee have three children: Tiffany, Shauna, and Trevor. You may recognize their names; three of the Homes Plus designs are named after them.
