Dear Tim & Tiffany: Wow! Our closing day is here and Gretchen and I would like to thank you both. Without a doubt you've build our "dream house". And just as importantly, the whole building process progressed smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. You kept us informed as the house progressed and had great suggestions along the way. They are both great designers and made the design decisions much less stressful. If our house looks nice, it's pretty much due to Sara and Connie's advice. Rick & Jake the Painters - They are definitely "professional" painters. I never new that painting was such an involved process. they did great work and I know we won't have to re-paint for many years. Dan from Lundy Electric - Dan was great to deal with and had great suggestions as we designed the electrical lay-out. Rob the finish carpenter - his finish-work is top-notch. We're extremely impressed with his finishing details. Brain from Genereux - The cabinets are one of our favorite features in the home. He had great suggestions as we went through the design process. The Ceramic Tile Installer - I didn't get his name, but he sure did quality work. Framing Carpenters - I didn't meet them, but you can tell that the "bones" of the house are high quality. Dear Tim: When you tell people you are building a house most people have a horror story to tell about all the problems encountered while building a house. The process we went through having our house built was extremely smooth. We were always kept well informed and received prompt replies to all our questions. The high quality workmanship that Homes Plus of Brooklyn Park, Inc. put into building our house is obvious. After going in some of our neighbors houses built by other builders, and listening to their complaints we appreciate our own house even more. When we received estimates on water softener installation all of the people commented on the plumbing. They said the installation would cost us less than most because the plumbing had been done with the addition of a water softener in mind. Dear Tim: Next Saturday we will have owned our home for one year. This past year has gone by so quickly. I'm not sure if you get enough of these letters, as you should, so I am sending a thank you. I just wanted to write you a note to thank you so much for all your help and continued assistance you have given us with our new home. As you can tell we are very pleased with the quality and design of our home. We have been going to some of the new spring preview homes to get some decorating tips and at all of them we are reminded of the pride and craftsmanship that went into the building of our home. With your homes you notice the attention that is paid to detail and that is important to us and I am sure many other potential home buyers. I also wanted to say that we are very impressed with John and Todd, how they are always willing to help you and fix minor problems very quickly. It shows how they too take pride in their work and the craftsmanship of your homes. You should feel very lucky to have such good employees working for you. I feel sad in that we won't be calling on you for anything else, but we hope to be saving money to finish the third level on our home and at that time would like you to come back and finish that level.
