He consistently offered options and ideas and was indispensable in helping us choose a house which met both our needs and budget. You, Carol and Todd were always available to us as the construction proceeded. And you in particular were exceptionally helpful in resolving any glitches as they occurred. I know this wasn't the easiest job for you, but you and your staff should be congratulated on your professionalism and quality of workmanship. We thank you all.

When you tell people you are building a house most people have a horror story to tell about all the problems encountered while building a house. The process we went through having our house built was extremely smooth. We were always kept well informed and received prompt replies to all our questions.
The high quality workmanship that Homes Plus of Brooklyn Park, Inc. put into building our house is obvious. After going in some of our neighbors houses built by other builders, and listening to their complaints we appreciate our own house even more. When we received estimates on water softener installation all of the people commented on the plumbing. They said the installation would cost us less than most because the plumbing had been done with the addition of a water softener in mind.
If we ever decide to build another house in the future, Homes Plus of Brooklyn Park, Inc. is the first call we would make. Thanks.

Dear Tim:
Next Saturday we will have owned our home for one year. This past year has gone by so quickly. I'm not sure if you get enough of these letters, as you should, so I am sending a thank you. I just wanted to write you a note to thank you so much for all your help and continued assistance you have given us with our new home.
As you can tell we are very pleased with the quality and design of our home. We have been going to some of the new spring preview homes to get some decorating tips and at all of them we are reminded of the pride and craftsmanship that went into the building of our home. With your homes you notice the attention that is paid to detail and that is important to us and I am sure many other potential home buyers.
I also wanted to say that we are very impressed with John and Todd, how they are always willing to help you and fix minor problems very quickly. It shows how they too take pride in their work and the craftsmanship of your homes. You should feel very lucky to have such good employees working for you.
I feel sad in that we won't be calling on you for anything else, but we hope to be saving money to finish the third level on our home and at that time would like you to come back and finish that level.
Chuck Hartell, brought a couple through a few weeks back to show off our home and your craftsmanship, as I have said before, please don't hesitate to send other potential clients to look at our home, we are very proud of it.

I just wanted to write you a letter to let you know how pleasant you have been to work with.
Buying a house as you know can be a stressful and scary time but you were very helpful and comforting in helping us to reach our decision to go with Homes Plus. Your honesty, straight forwardness and willingness to go out of your way to provide for our concerns and questions means a great deal.
I am sure you realize that it is not only the quality of the home that is important, but also the person you are working with which can really make a difference.
