Homes Plus, throughout the years, has always maintained an exemplary staff.  With many changes, challenges and progressions throughout the past several years, we are proud to say that Homes Plus is now a “family business”.  Tim Flynn, who began his building career with his father when he was a teenager, is still the President and Owner of the company.  Tim’s daughter, Tiffany, is the Office Manager and handles all accounting and office matters with the utmost proficiency.  Wil, the Job Superintendent, is Tim’s son-in-law.  You will find Wil on the jobs daily communicating with our experienced subcontactors, meeting with inspectors and making sure the building process is running smoothly.  Last, but certainly not least, is Trevor - Tim’s son.  Trevor is Homes Plus’ Customer Relations Specialist.  Should you have questions or concerns during your building process, Trevor is your go-to-guy.  He also, at times, serves as Tim’s right-hand-man; sitting in on customer pre-construction meetings, attending City Council meetings and scrutinizing acreage with Tim to determine the possibility of future developments.
